Order this DVD here: http://henrytenby.com/DVDs/Bristol2dvd.html Picking up from where the part I DVD left off, in 1994, Paul Hakwins and his colleagues took over the Terrace-based Bristol Freighter operation from their defunct employer, Trans-Provincial Airlines. The majority Hawkair’s work involved hauling between Bronson Creek’s gravel airstrip and Wrangell in support of the Snipe Mine. In addition to Bronson Creek action, this DVD also includes very interesting footage from the Mule Creek job during the summer of 1995, Bristol Freighter TPA’s performance at the 1995 Terrace airshow, and Bristol Freighter DFC’s UK performance at Heathrow’s 50th anniversary flypast.

A SAHSA Boeing 737-200 does a low level fly past at Tegucigalpa's Toncontin Airport in the mid 1980s. Excellent subject matter makes up for poor video quality.

This brief clip details the crash of a BEA Trident at Stains, UK on June 18, 1972. A short clip of a BEA Trident on take-off is rare footage indeed.

Where else in the world can you hear four Rolls Royce Merlin engines (built under license by Packard) being run up against the brakes? Henry Tenby of AirlineTV.net filmed this footage at the Abbotsford Airshow 2010 media day on Thursday, August 12, 2010, which includes pre-flight engine run-ups and post flight maintenance run-ups. Without a doubt, the RCAF Avro Lancaster from the Canadian Warplane Heritage museum in Hamilton, Ontario stole the show at the 2010 Abbotsford Airshow. The Lanc was flown all the way across Canada to attend the show, and made a week's long maintenance stop in Calgary enroute to Abbotsford. What an amazing sight to see and hear a fully operational Lanc in all her splendour. This particular aircraft was built in 1945 and did not see service in WWII, but served in a Search and Rescue role with the RCAF until the early 60s. It was music to the hear to hear this old girl perform. Sadly all of our media requests for interviews and filming were refused by the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum PR lady when we spoke to her several weeks before hand. Every single question was answered with the word "no" ... what a shame. They would not allow us to film them in Calgary, we could not install a micro video cam in the cockpit for inflight filming, we could not do air-to-air, we could not fly on the aircraft, nor could we get any exclusive interviews. I am extremely grateful that we captured the Lanc on HD video for the viewing enjoyment of future generations, as nobody really knows with certainty how long this flying museum piece will remain operational.

Is this Angus or Malcolm Young of AC-DC fame in this advert? Where's Bon Scott? TAA Boeing 727-076 TV Commercial 1972. Apparently the chap in the TAA commercial is John Farnham (Johnny Farnham, as he was known back then). His website is here: http://www.johnfarnham.com.au He had a huge hit in the late '60s with a song called 'Sadie (The Cleaning Lady)'. He was dubbed 'King Of Pop' for years. He's a bit of an icon in Oz these days. Though not that well known overseas, he did front the Little River Band for a while. Back then Qantas only flew international routes, while TAA (the government airline) was in competition with Ansett Airlines on domestic routes. BTW AC/DC started putting their act together in 1973 in the Melbourne suburb of Balwyn! Cheers and happy flying videos, from Mark Jones, Warilla, NSW, Australia.

Air Canada Boeing 777 air-to-air footage taken from chase plane over Vancouver on a pre-delivery test flight flown out of Seattle back in March or April of 2007. It is a shame they chose such poor weather for this air-to-air flight.
