I believe this film was produced for BEA in 1968 to showcase the autoland features of the BEA Trident aircraft, and shows many classic shots of airports and aircraft of the 1960s. It follows a Trident on a typical flight from Paris Le Bourget to London Heathrow. It also shows BEA's West London Air Terminal and their new automated reservations centre.

Take an exclusive look at the British Airways people and planes that have been at the forefront of aviation for the last 90 years. This film is about the Airco de Havilland DH.9*, de Havilland 86* DC-3, VC-10, Boeing 747 and of course the iconic Concorde. All of the planes shown have been instrumental in the pioneering activity of British Airways from its beginnings with Aircraft Transport and Travel in the 1920's through to the modern airline of today.

The Avro Lancaster was a British four-engine Second World War bomber aircraft made initially by Avro for the British Royal Air Force (RAF). It first saw active service in 1942, and together with the Handley-Page Halifax it was one of the main heavy bombers of the RAF, the Royal Canadian Air Force and squadrons from other Commonwealth and European countries serving with RAF Bomber Command.

Jimmy Stewart was too modest to recount his war experiences and there is very little material on his tour as bomber pilot. I found this audio clip from 1990 when he spoke at Princeton about his life and briefly about WW2. The entire audio clip can be found at princeton dot edu. It also includes footage of Stewart back in 1941 talking about his role in the US Army.
