Filmed by Eugene Cupps this short video clip shows Honeywell's Boeing 720 testbed N720 being broken up for scrap on Honeywell's Phoenix apron on Saturday, June 21, 2008. The actual demolition process lasted about 4 and a half hours on Saturday, with the subsequent removal of the broken up remains and engines and the clean-up being completed on Sunday morning. The replacement experimental aircraft, the Boeing 757, was moved back into position on the ramp around 1 pm on Sunday afternoon. This time lapse video shows the entire job from start to end condensed down to just a few minutes.
